No claims earnt on company and lease cars?

OH insured his new car with 9 years no claims last week. This week the insurance company have decided that they will not accept his NC as it was earned on a combination of a company car and a lease car through work. He has letters to cover both these periods but they have decided they won't accept them and now want another £319!!!

So does anyone know which companies will accept previous NC earnt on company and lease cars???????

You cannot "earn" proper "no claims discount" unless you have been a policyholder (in your own name).

See if a local broker (not swinton) can use the letters you have to get him an introductory discount to reflect his claim free driving experience.
