my home insurance is up for renewal soon and i'm struggling to find a decent quote, all because the report done on my house before purchasing states that it is an area liable to land slip and heave! does anyone know of any insureers (spelling) that will insure me, lots won't and I can't use confused etc.. cos they work on the assumption that the house is upright and isn't going to colapse around my ears (which I think (hope)) isn't the case
any ideas or info greatly appreciated

Unfortunately your choices are generally limited to your current/ the previous owners insurers and/ or your mortgage providers but even then they will load the premium due to the high risk of very expensive claimsAll posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers
