Nero problems and general confusion..

Hi

I've got an external Verbatim hard drive with Nero BackItUp 4 Essentials preloaded onto it which used to work fine.

However...after a recent PC crash, Nero now doesnt start saying " The service cannot be started". Does anyone know if there anyway to fix this please? Or possibly get a new (free) Nero that will do the same job? Thanks

Um... I think you might be in for a bit of a surprise if you use that. Unless that abominable program has undergone some pretty drastic changes in the last couple of years you'd be much better off with something else.
