youtube not working in ie9

Hope somebody can help please...
For some reason about a week ago youtube will no longer work for me in my ie9 browser. You get just the black box with loading symbol but nothing ever happens.
Tried watching videos on youtube using google chrome and its absolutely fine.
Any ideas?
Already checked all add ons are enabled
