Have got my software cd and cable for the motorola L6. "WHAT CAN POSSIBLY GO WRONG".......:rolleyes:
I am trying to download photos, so I followed the software instructions. BUT-
It won't do it!!!! I keep getting a message "telephony interface cannot successfully start" what does this mean please, does anybody know? and what can I do to make it work?, I want to download some photos from it. Thank you in anticipation...

try reinstalling the software. before you start the software, connect the phone to the computer0

is your motorolla phone tools the latest edition?
think if i remember you can update it free online.0
