We are trying to remortgage
Our finances are as follows
House valued at 169,000
Mort - £149000
Loan - 17000-unsecured
loan - 19000 -Secured
loan 13000 - Secured
I am currently in Rented accom due to Job relocation to Cumbria
My own property is being rented at the moment - In Hampshire
Try as we could nobody seems to be able to assist us
We have been told that our credit score could be alot better
We are both in full time employment
Are we beyond salvage
Any advice would be appreciated

Have you been to see a mortgage broker? You might get more help on the mortgage forum.
Is this the same as negative equity? I think I remember someone saying that Northern Rock took on negative equity properties/mortgages.0 -
no idea how secure lending works but how on earth can you have £32,000 secured on the property that has £20,000 "equity" in it?
but yeah doesn't look good reading - £198,000 owing on a £169,000 property!
