I have used them and have claimed off them - they took some pushing but its all paid for now and were very cooperative with a couple of concerns I had . I will be using them again

I have just bought an insurance for my son. No confirmation e-mail yet, I understand you get it within 48 hrs. It seems strange that as soon as I paid the page disppeared and it took me to the first page. I cannot tell whether the payment has been through. Is this the nor with this company? In the past I have always get confirmation e-mail after I have paid. Did you get your policy in the post? Thanks
  • I used them last year. Didn't claim off of them, but was diaganosed with diabetes half way through the policy. I called them to inform them and they told me that I wouldn't be covered for any claims related to my diabetes, despite the fact that I wasn't diabetic when the policy was taken out! Not sure if this is standard practice of not, but I felt quite aggrieved by them.

I have been chasing my policy first by ringing clubdirect CS and then moneysaving supermarket several times. I have been promised I will get the details of the policy before 6pm. I wish I have never bought from them, make me wonder what they will be like if you have to make a claim. Pl how did you get your policy, was it by e-mail and how long did it take? Thanks
