Just had the updated mortage in principle through and mortgage broker has managed to get a deal reducing the interest rate by 0.2% and chucked in the valuation fee (£250) for free
And the vendors just called the EA to say they will be chucking the range cooker in for us
No chain either, one more bedroom than we need, the master with en suite and walk in wardrobe, integral garage, good school nearby, decent sized private garden, parking for four cars. The village has a butcher and a baker, still need to find a green grocers though.
I am soooo pleased :T

Hopefully you'll moving sooner rather than later! House sounds lovely, especially with all that extra space.
Re: Greengrocer, I have a vegetable box delivered which is lush
Random vegetables each week, which means a much better veriety for us than before as I used to play it a bit safe. Less wasteage as the size box we have lasts us exactly a week; I was forever throwing stuff away before. All organic, local produce, so still very much supporting the local economy. Highlight of my week, LOL! Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
