Blocked MSE from OE

I have been getting a lot of spam e-mails, OE has a facility to block senders, highlight message> click on "message" in tool bar> block sender, but I have inadvertantly blocked MSE and cannot find a way to undo the block, anyone with any ideas how to onblock e-mails from MSE?
Have just realised that blocking these emails just ends them to my deleted box, so they don't actually get blocked, just not sent to my inbox!

tools> message rules> blocked senders list
As an aside, the blocked senders list is pointless unless you are being harassed by someone. Almost all spam have fake "from addresses" and they are usually innocent real people's addresses so blocking specific addresses is fruitless and you are better off using a proper spam filter."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Thanks, had not seen that one, but MSE is not in there? So why are e-mails from MSE being sent straight to deleted folder?Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -
Cross posted, only replied to the first line of your post.
Have noticed in the blocked senders/message rules that there is a facility to delete from server or do not download from server, I think delete from server might be my better option for the spam.
I have AVG anti spam but these are getting through.Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0
