CDA Appliances - think twice!

At least if you live outside what they term their 'normal service area', and do not have a choice of which appliances are provided.
I live in a new Park Home a few miles from Reading. All my pre-fitted appliances are CDA and they have been fine, no complaints at all so far. Until my washing machine packed up yesterday. CDA have arranged for somebody to come from Hemel Hempstead - next Thursday! Not only have I to wait a week for a service call on a six-month old machine, they won't give me the number to phone the engineer to get an approximate time (i.e. a.m. or p.m.), no, I have to wait in all day and he will ring me half an hour before he comes. Reading is 10 miles away, HH is nearly 30. One shakes ones head.
If my cooker breaks down I could be unable to cook a meal for a week, if my fridge/freezer breaks down then there's no hope for the contents. Not to mention my dishwasher - I would have to actually put my hands in a bowl of hot soapy water:rotfl:
Seriously though, I find this totally unacceptable - they say a week is within their T&Cs - of course it is!
Just having a whinge:mad:
