Crikey, that's a £525 extra that has the folding mirrors and auto parallel parking, the guy must be mad! Still, I suppose if you're crap at parallel parking it may be a worthy addition I guess. Me, I can get a car into a spot many wouldn't try fitting an original Mini in to.

£390 for a child seat!?!?!? How about some nice maxi-cosi ones (Which I remember was top of the range a few years ago....not sure what they are rated nowadays) which are much cheaper!

Yes, most adaptions chosen through motability when you take out a lease with them are free of charge but the more complex ones are charged for.

I got (free) a twin-flip left foot accelerator and a streering ball.

When purchasing anything disability related (not necessarily to do with motoring) you can claim VAT exemption.

The extras I paid the dealer for were the Convenience Pack (£525 down to £262.50) and Tinted Windows (£150 down to £135).

Regarding the Convienience Pack, some people with spinal problems find it difficult to turn, so reverse parking is difficult.
My old Qashqai had a rear camera, so I went for this Pack (which was cheaper than the Ford camera) which included front & rear sensors.

If you dont ask you dont get,i negotiated the downpayment on my nissan qasquai from 495 to 249 and got mats thrown in too.
