Obselete currency to donate

I'm not sure where to list this, but as I'm intending to donate this money, maybe this is the correct place?

Anyhow, I was off work yesterday and took the opportunity to clear out a few drawers. Very satisfying job (I need to get out more!)

I now have a bag full of mostly coin, obselete (pre Euro) currency. Lira, Pesetas, Francs etc. A few Lira notes also.

Is there any charity which would take this?

Oxfam shops ( and probably other charity shops) have an outlet for old and foreign currency ( notes and coins) and would be happy to receive your donation.

Thanks to you both. I'll pop it into Oxfam.
