How do you make pictures 'clickable'?

I use Photobucket when I post pics on here and they are always of a reasonable size so I've never needed to do anything to them to adjust them.
I've just seen a small pic on someone's thread on MSE that isn't really much use (too small to view properly) and I wondered how you would go about making it a clickable version so you can click on it and it enlarges?

You could just upload the picture with an embedded link to the larger image0

They can add a URL (link) tag to their img tag;
E.g -[img]Picture URL[/img]
- Non clicky
E.g -{url=Picture URL}{img}Picture URL{/img} {/url}*- Clicky
*Replace the {} brackets with [] ones (the code wrap didn't like multiple code and lost some of the syntax)
No sure whether that was what you were alluding too but hope it helps

Think the OP wanted to make someone else's pic bigger, not learn how to post a clickable one. In any case, I expect they are scratching their head (as I am) as to why the clickable pic in your example doesn't enlarge.Hodge4ever wrote: »No sure whether that was what you were alluding too but hope it helps

Actually no, I wanted to know how to do it for myself should I ever need to. It was just seeing someone else's small pic that made me think about it.
Edit: I've just reread my first post and realise now it could be interpreted in more than one way. Apologies for not being clearer.Herman - MP for all!

Photobucket provides a ready-made link that will do this for you. Click on the 'IMG thumb' option. This will copy the code to the Clipboard ready for pasting into a forum post.Error! - Keyboard not attached. Press any key to continue.0

I didn't have this option as standard but found it and enabled it.
Ah...just realised enabling this actually shares my whole account.Herman - MP for all!

Oops, bit late, but because that is the size of the picture e.g. it would only be relevant if the forum automatically down-sized your pic and you wanted to have a link to the full-sized one.Kernel_Sanders wrote: »Think the OP wanted to make someone else's pic bigger, not learn how to post a clickable one. Though it seems that wasn't what the OP wanted anyway
