Sony and Broken PSP

Just had to say hats off to Sony, bought my daughter a PSP for christmas, it had an "accident" on sunday eve which resulted in it not holding the charge, rang Sony on Monday, guy apologised and said soonest we can get a replacement out is Weds!!!, I didn't think they would replace it, just thought they would take it in for repair.

so hats off to them, made one little girl very happy :-)

So nice to get good service, well fantastic service, much more than I expected!!

    Yes I have to return it, well I have to hand old one to driver as he hands me new one - guess a bit like when you have a mobile phone contract with insurance.... I just rang and gave them the serial number and when I had bought it and that was it.... sooooo simple.. now why can't Dell be like that :-)

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Well not to put a downer on, but just wait until the warranty is up! I had a PS2, still in warranty, it broke, so they sent one DOA, then one which kept crashing or taking ages reading discs, but they refused to replace it as my warranty ran out about 3 days before! this was 3 days after I got it! They wanted me to oay £70 for a repair!
