Hi and welcome to the MSE Techie forum.

Took a v quick look at your log, and can't see any malware there. It is clear you have a lot of redundancy in terms of what you have open, or starting with Vista.

Could you tell us the make/model of yr HP laptop, how much RAM you have installed?

If you also open the task manager (Cntl Alt Del keys), then on the performance tab, it will tell you the physical memory, commit charge and processes. Perhaps you could post these too?

You may find that diligent management of processes that start when you boot will help, and possibly cleaning up all the crud that collects up over time. Often Vista systems were sold with too little RAM, so an upgrade might help, especially as Vista has grown between Service Packs.

    upload this C:\ProgramData\eeb5f0\SMeeb_8075.exe

    to

    www.virustotal.com

do a FULL scan with malwarebytes, decline the 14 day trial when installing

http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/ (see download latest version on right hand side)

reset internet explorer to defaults under tools, internet options, advanced.
