ESA Supersession - 5 months and no reply

Hi,
In January I wrote to the DWP regarding my ESA as my condition had worsened and amongst other problems was experiencing significant bouts of incontinence. I sent this via recorded delivery and see that it was received.
I was called for an ATOS medical in February and thought this must have been because of my letter.
In march I was asked to attend a WFI, I wrote and explained that I wasn't able to get to the office and could I have a telephone meeting. This was agreed. The interviewer told me I had been put into the WRAG. I explained that I had asked for a supersession. She said that there was nothing on record, what did my letter say. I explained I had never had a letter. She told me to immediately call the ESA and ask for my letter. I did this and also asked for a Statement of Reasons and for a copy of my medical.
I received my medical report a week later. I didn't get any letter or any SoR.
I telephoned and was told I would get a copy. Nothing arrived.
I wrote again, sent rec del. No reply, again.
I wrote again, no reply.
So fed up I wrote to my MP. He has confirmed that he has written to the Chairman. Still nothing from ESA.
I write again. My MP had also told me I should have been getting a disability premium of £13 ish a week so I asked in my letter why I has not had this and could they back date it etc. Guess what? NO REPLY.
I wrote again (sigh). Still no reply.
5 months and several calls and letters and nothing back from the ESA (DWP).
My MP has stated that if I don't get a reply by next week he will personally call the Chairman to ask what is going on.
Is this the future of DWP? Is there anything else I can do? Can I record any telephone calls? I can't believe they can simply ignore everything.
I'm so fed up with it all.

Who is "the chairman"? You MP should be writing to the area manager.0
-
John Clare, non-executive chairman of the Jobcentre Plus and basically 'in charge' of the ESA, JSA etc etc
So he is the higher chain of command so to speak and he liaises with Area Managers.0
