As a total aside....those Euro Accident forms are a godsend, don't know why the UK insurers don't insist that everyone keeps one in their car, top copy for the insured, copy for the Third Party (OK gets a bit complicated in a 5 car shunt as only room for 2 people to fill it out).
They all have a standard layout regardless of which country you are from.
I've got one in my glovebox and re my above comment, perhaps I'll make that 2 or 3. Loads of room - there are no gloves in there

The claim was finally settled in my favour a few days ago. Swiftcover received all their costs from Coris + my £500 excess which they refunded. Best of all, they've reinstated my 12 years NCD and refunded £180 in insurance premium difference. I was also in regular contact with Coris and they were brilliant, kept me up to date. Thanks to all those who helped
