  • im having the same problems.

    signed up with them for the £50 voucher offer back in Oct and as didnt get it Mid Dec i contacted them and they said it had been sent out and they would look into it.

    then on Dec 18th i got a email from them saying they will send a new one out to me recorded but still a month later i still dont have my voucher.

    i have contacted them by email for the last week every day and all they keep saying is that its on its way but come on it cant take them a month to send it out.

    not sure now what to do next.
