Has anyone else received a letter from the DWP research dept asking for a telephone interview on customer satisfaction?
I got one today, ironic after my 0 points yesterday for ESA and the ridiculous comments from the health care idiot that epilepsy doesnt effect my ability to stay concious!
As well as appealing I'm making a complaint to atos and would tell the research people just how unsatisfied I am if I thought it would make any difference. Not likely though!

If people don't complain then DWP/ATOS will carry on insisting that the system is working properly and everyone is happy!0

I made a complaint to ATOS about my medical at first they said nothing was wrong but when it went to the next level they agreed it lacked details but still have not addressed some of my questions so i will now be taking it to the next level.Jan Wins: .0
