Just had my car repaired under warranty, i asked the garage how much the repair would be if i didnt have a warranty, i was told £1200
My warrant does not run out for several months but out of interest are these "off the peg" warranties you can buy any good?
What companys would you recommend or avoid?
thanks
arthur

Just find out if your recent repair would have been covered by another warranty and use that as your guide- I suspect not.0

Are you currently on the manufacturers warranty? If so, do you have the opportunity to extend it.
3rd party warranties are completely worthless, and you should just get a savings account, as has been discussed in the other warranty thread.0 -
Coo if this is a bought or aftermarket warranty please do tell who paid up, and what the fault was.0
