Is it possible to duplicate a letter in word as you type? Say I want to type a letter and on the second page of the letter word copies what is written on the first page automatically?

You might be able to do this with a macro. But pretty unlikely.
But why would you bother? Write the letter, and then copy and paste it onto the second page!
Or just set the printer to do 2 copies...0 -
Yes it's possible, but why not just print twice?
Instructions for Word 2003:- On page 1 type some text followed by some returns followed by a page break
- Now highlight the text that you have typed up to but not including the page break.
- Right click and select copy
- On page 2 click at the page top
- On the menu select edit >paste special then paste as link
- On page 1 as long as you type above the page break it will show on page 2 after a few seconds. If it doesn't update then press F9

If your doing a mail merge just use the original as source data and then you can have as many as you want.0
