Postage Help

I recently bought a pair of shoes from a shop on ebay.

I paid an extra amout for the item to be delivered in 4 days. I waited a week for the item, just to give the mail a chance if it was late.

No sign of it so i emailed them asking, and lo and behold, the status changes to posted and a reply saying it will be with you in a few days. They did arrive, but 9 days after ordering.

There was a free option on the postage, which said 7-9 days for delivery.

I emailed and asked for the extra postage to be refunded (i dont think this is unresonable), but i have had no reply.

I was hoping someone on here would be able to tell me the correct procedure to go through to ask for this back?

Thanks

Where did you order it from? UK or outside UK?

Dates paid and received would also be helpful, was during any bank holidays etc.

Also what service did it show on the package one you received it?

Hi there, it was from the UK, brand new item.

I ordered on the 18th of April, send them a chaser email on the 25th, and they arrived on the 27th.

Parcel was Royal Mail 1st Class.

Pull the sellers telephone number (either from the advanced search or listing itself) and ask them for your refund.

Did you check the postmarked date on the package?
