But take a look Read and Apply as companies have to be vetted and confirmed by the forum team.

There has been a lot of threads recently about Argos, usually people that have bought goods, got them home to find they are either the wrong item or look used, or simply a case of people being disgruntled about the mere fact the item has been opened.

The likely cause of this is that they offer a 28 day returns period. People open all the packaging then change their mind and return goods. Argos then put it back up for sale (after all, why wouldn't they).

The point is, returns policies do have a down side.

Maybe in future rather than boycotting the store for not accepting returns, you could make better buying decisions? After all, it's not their fault you changed your mind - yet they are being punished for it.
