Unsure what numbers to use for ppi

I have just recieved my ppi claim forms and already im struggling with what numbers are the correct one's to put on the form!!!!The loans are all with the RBS(4 in total)on 2 of the agreements that i have there are only 13 digit application ref numbers(someone has told me it should be 16)and on 2 other letters regarding the other loans,i have 8 digit loan account numbers.Confused!!!!

Use the numbers that are on the agreements.
Different banks use different amount of digits.0
