Entertainment passes

We've booked 2 holidays via the Daily Mail Break Free holiday (Probably very similar T&C's to the Sun holidays):

One with John Fowler
One with Park Holidays

Just a question about passes with these companies - there are only 3 people in our party (2 adults, 1 child (3 yr old)), do they charge for children of this age group? Park Holidays have billed us for 4 passes, will we be able to change this to 3 passes on phoning them?

Be grateful if anyone knew, so we'd know what the details were when calling.

We recently went with Haven and only got charged for 2 passes as they did not charge for under 5's.

Thanks.

    I dont know the companys ruling on age, I believe sometimes it's only babes in arms that wont need a pass.

    But usually if there are only 3 going when you call to pay, they will waive the extra pass cost.

    You might find that the Terms and conditions state that you have to pay as though 4 people were going.

    Check the T&C's of your booking

    Thanks both, my husband will call them to pay this evening so we'll find out then. On the breakfree holidays website, it just states the price per person per break. I can't seem to see anything else.

    Just to let other people know if they are doing a search in the future;

    My husband rang up Park Holidays last night and yes we do have to pay for our 3 year old, but we don't have to pay for the full 4 passes as there are only 3 of us going.

    Also, as the site we are going to only has an outdoor pool, it would highly depend on the weather if we'd use the pool. My husband asked if we could pay for the passes on arrival and that was fine. If the weather is cold/wet, perhaps we won't bother at the time.

    I think John Fowler have billed us correctly for 3 passes, so he'll ring them up tonight and pay as they have an indoor pool at the site we are staying at.
