NHS & PPC's

If anyone has a run into a problem at their local hospital etc then you are fully within your rights to ask if the PPC has entered into a formal NHS Contract.

Littered through out the contract is how information can be used and the assurances that must be given to the Trust that they are keeping information secure, in accordance with the Data Protection Act etc.
What assurances have that Trust received that the PPC are acting responsibly.
Very naughty if they haven't signed up to NHS T&C's

PPCs do seem to have a ... how can I put this kindly? ... "one-sided" interpretation of contract law.
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.
