Just to add a bit more to this thread, for the info of anyone else who might come across it if searching for MoM.

I've been eking out what I had but "the end is nigh" with my last bottle, so was looking around online again, and came across this Daily Mail article from June which explains a lot:

It does say GSK were reformulating the product and it would be made available again, but it's certainly not reappeared in my neck of the woods yet. Looks as if the expense of a US import might be the only option short-term... but it ain't cheap!
