I wonder if anyone can help please?! We are relocating to Spain later on this year. We want to buy a left hand drive 4x4 & drive to Spain in it. We don't want to import it into the UK, as we will be living in Spain come September & will register it there. Ideally, we want to buy the vehicle here in the UK to save the expense of flying to Spain, buying the car & driving it back. Any idea where we can buy LHD in the UK? Does anyone have an experience in doing something like this? Any tips would be gratefully received! Thank you.

There's always LHD cars for sale in the Autotrader, they have a LHD section. Or have a look at the web site - Here's some for you Click Me It will be UK registered etc so when you start living in Spain you will have to contact the Spanish equivalent of the DVLA and register it to your new address.

When you move to Spain,your car,if bought outside Spain, will be liable to various

The Spanish tax petrol cars heavier than diesel,and diesels are {surprisingly in view of that fact]much cheaper in Spain than here.

Might be an idea to use an import specialist and get it from Spain as it will save you
driving it here yourself.Look up Google "lhd car importers" would give you some names.
