Help my employer has severed notice of redundancy giving me 4 weeks notice which is the standard notice period for my grade. Competitiving was required within my department which I did not i apply due to contstant issues I have had with the individual who is the line manager to these post. I have taken numerous grievances regarding these issues and a current grievance out regarding the position the competitive slotting placed me in. There is a redepolyment process where they will be making job vacancies available sololy for those in this position. The time frame does not allow me to explore all their appeals processes and knowing my employer these job will not be available till the two week period is near to a close. I wish to take them to ET so I now have to resign today in order to do this as I can not let them make me redundant. I could appeal the redundancy notice but through there time scales if it was denied I would not have enough time left to serve them with my statory notic. Advise please

Constructive dismisal cases are usually very difficult.
why do you think you need to resign to go to an ET.
How long have you worked there if 5 years or more the notice is wrong.0
