Word text wrapping for images gone crazy!!

Hi all
Im having dificulties with MS Word and copying images from google images in Firefox and pasting into Word 2010.
I have the default text wrapping to 'square'
This is set in 'file' 'options' 'advanced' 'insert/paste picture as square'
However when pasting a picture into a blank document it sets as 'in line with text'
What am i doing wrong?
Anyone able to help...its driving me mad!!! :eek:
