SAR Template for Car Dealerships

Hi there, Does anyone know if there is a SAR template for getting details of ppi from car dealerships if so can someone point me in the right direction, thanks in advance

They probably do not have details. You would need to find out who sold you the policy and whether it was single premium from the insurer then complain to the dealer.

i have recently sent off for a copy of my old credit agreement from british credit trust and when i got it the paperwork stated i only paid £155 per month for my car but i have been paying £181 per month, so i rang them and they said that the difference is ppi with which they apparently have paperwork for but didnt send to me.

I didnt know anything about another loan to pay for the ppi, which has annoyed me.

And im wondering what my next step would be? would it be a sar to british credit trust or sending a letter to the dealership to try and find out any details about this mystery ppi.

Complain to the car dealer about the single premium PPI added to the loan.

would this be classed as front loaded or not?

and would i need evidence of this ppi for the complaint?
