The Body Shops Nut Butter, Burts Bees lotions, and Lush's Dream Cream. All of these I've found good to clear up eczema.

When I was nursing, we used to use a peanut-oil based cream for eczema and certain types of burns. It was wonderful! However, I've never found a commercial version (ours was made by the pharmacy department in some subterainean lab).

Best commercial body butter I've found is actually Lidl's, but I've only seen scented ones. Absolutely wonderful on your hands. Currently on sale at £2.99 for 400g.

It ain’t what you do, it’s the way that you do it - that’s what gets results!

I cannot use body butters simply because they take a bit more effort to rub in and I find that makes my skin sore. I have recently discovered the Garnier Intensive 7 day range and love it. They have a couple for very dry/sensitive skin. E45 has always upset my eczema for some reason.
