acoustic solutions dab clock radio problem

This particular radio gets plugged into the mains, 12.00 flashes for a while as it checks the time, and then produces the correct-ish time. About two weeks ago I moved it and plugged it back in. It flashed up 11.52 for a while and then produced a time, eight minutes slow. To this day it insists on re-setting at this same time delay. There doesn't seem to be any way to manually set the time. Any ideas please, anyone?

It should be picking up its time from the DAB signal, are their any time settings in the menu, maybe an autotune? That gum you like is coming back in style.0

Thanks for your comments penrhyn. The instruction book does list a procedure for manual setting, but this simply doesn't work. I might try a factory re-set, if that works! Thanks again anyway.0
