Some people just deserve it.

At our local ASDA today, a young lad raced in, and parked his Clio diagonally across TWO disabled bays before going into the ship. The PPCs gave him a ticket, and I declined to add my card pointing people to this site. Some people really do deserve to be parted with their cash.
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

I know what you mean, but as soon as you start seeing the benefits of a mail based scam system, by inference you support the vast majority of people who make a mistake and get conned.
For every scally in a Clio there is another pensioner who forgets to display their badge and gets screwed over.
On the other hand, he might as won the lottery and be perfectly happy to accept the PPCs twisted view of contract law and have no problem with hiring two spaces for £80.0 -
Oh don't worry, I've saved many tickets for other people. I hate shopping, so when the Mrs goes to ASDA, I do my own car park patrolling

It's one way of preventing anyone damaging the paintwork.
And, if he's driving a Clio (and especially if it was "modified") he's clearly mentally disabled.
Legal Notice: We do not condone inconsiderate parking. Other models of chavvy, tastelessly modified cars are available. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

Maybe he already knows about this site and is just baiting the PPC.0 -

It's evidently more successful than always driving out and then back through a CCTV equipped car park. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

Maybe, but do you really think a parasite PPC should profit from it?0
