Barclaycard Credit Agreement

Hi, im after a bit of help.
My parents have an Egg Card which still has some owing on it. They have been paying PPI on it.
We have requested a copy of the credit agreement from Barclaycard to see about the selling of the PPI. After a couple of letters from them saying they are still working on this for us, they have finally sent a letter saying that:

'unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the copy of your agreement as this is no longer in our records'.

I am sorry for any disappointment this may cause you.

Where does this leave us now?

Thanks for any help

I would like to know the answer to this also as have had the same response in post today from Barclaycard.
I am unsure if we had ppi on the account and still have a ballance of £20 pounds on it but can not access my statments from them to see if ppi is being paid as the account is with a DMP company and has been for the last 6 years and we have no card to register for online statments only the account number but they request expire date and securtiy code which i dont have.

Why do you want the agreement? You certainly don't need it if you want to complain. So, what is it that you are looking for?
