Maybe, but regardless of who's house you live in, they wouldn't be your parents in a legal sense would they? Anyway that doesn't affect me so the issue is moot from my perspective.
I don't think she gets any additional benefits. Just single person council tax & the pension.0 -
I think if you were brought up by your grandmother they would be your parent, or at least guardian which is what is relevant, in the legal sense.0
