hotmail problems ..cant get no help from em

basicly i have a message from someone i know that wont open , asked them to resend to my other hotmail account and still refuses to open or forward, tried in internet exp , chrome and safari and another comp and no use

ive tried emailing hotmail support and get a some foreign chap reply with a standard link to thier help page thats no use

so any ideas what the prob could be , or has anyone worked thier way through the maze on hotmail support and actualy got any help or live chat as i cant find my way onto it

What do you mean by 'doesn't open'?

It's in your Inbox list, you double-click on it, and then ... what?

No response? An error code? It opens, but it's blank?

Give us a clue.....

i click and nothing happens at all , stays on the inbox , all other meesages work as you would expect

yellow message bar at the top "hotmail was unable to complete this request"
