First choice have changed my holiday. Help please

Morning

First choice have changed my holiday

We have booked & paid our deposit for the concorde De Luxe Resort in Turkey with the final payment due next week only to be receive a letter from first choice stating that the " a la carte " dining options was incorrectly detailed on there website as included in our package.

I find this hard to believe as actually made our booking in one of there branches.

As a " compromise " we have been told that we can eat in the " a la carte " restaurants for 3 of the 7 nights we are spending in the resorts.

My issue is that according the the first choice staff & the website the deal included ALL restaurants & we booked on this basis. To be told this now is a bit of a joke. Can First Choice change the terms of our booking like this ?

The very least I believe First Choice should do is if they cant honour the original details then they should upgrade us free of charge.

Can anyone let me know what rights we have ?

My wife spoke to the helpline  last night & they told her we can cancel the holiday free of charge if we want !!!

What does it say on your booking confirmation regarding what is included for dining?

Its says all meals are included.

First Choice now says ... "It has come to our attention that the information relating to the " a la carte " dining options was incorrectly detailed on our website. The a la carte restaurants do not form part of the All Inclusive package and are at an additional charge, which is payable locally. Im sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause. "

Just spoken to "which" and they feel I have a case.
