The insurance company will only deal with claims on the phone and deaf can't. How do you approach tackling this when an Ombudsman will say its fair as the company provides a service to hearing impaired people using type talk which cost £400 + £200 a year running costs?

Which insurance company is this?
I'd write to them explaining the problem and ask what they intend to do about it (pushing the fact that disabled people have to pay to access a service which is free for everyone else).0
