I am fed up with all the calls from these firms who try to claim on my behalf. They have no details of any loans or info just cold calling. Money Savings Expert, although I agree with the repayment of PPI that was mis-sold, should also condemn this practice from these On the Band Waggon companies. They are a menace. I can understand Lloyds annoyance on received 25% of the the claims as not even being for Lloyds products. I am not supporting mis-selling but am fed up with the Firms that may be pushing people to claim when they have no such claim - as I found the firms phoning me would claim on my behalf for money I had not spent out as I have not even taken PPI out. So how about a bit od a level playing field here and condemn these practices and also advise your readers not to be sucked in by these firms. .
