Secure connection warning.

Hi
My wife's computer running Windows XP has just started refusing to connect to certain sites i.e., Facebook, Hotmail and her bank. She gets an error message saying the connection is not secure.
When you go into "programmes" it says "new programmes installed" but she says she has not installed any new programmes for ages and I cannot see anything new.
I have looked in firefox apps but there is no new apps there. Have taken a photo of the warning page but do not know how to add to thread

Have you confirmed that the System date/time is still correct?
On old PCs the backup battery for the clock/BIOS settings can fail and it gets set back to some random date in the past.0 -
