Hi everyone just found this site hope somebody out there can help.I,ve got a Abbey current account bank charges over the last 6 years are approx £9000,my estimate.I also have a mortgage with Abbey which is in arrears.I have a court order agreement to pay the arrears.My question is can Abbey touch my house if I reclaim bank charges.Hope you can advise...................
