Good luck, it is best to get the info into them now,then they have no excuse to look at these now as opposed to you waiting for them to reply and ask you for this info.

Only use highlighter on the copies, not the originals. Be sure to send copies of all the statements as well.

Recieved ANOTHER letter from NRAM today.

this sentance worried me

"our records indicate that you have not contacted us in relation to the content of our earlier letters. therefore, we assume that you are happy with the purchase of your policy and will not take further action."

I thought like hell am I happy :P so I rang them.

Got told my form to them and this letter crossed in the post... hmmm ok.
Apparantly I am on the system but it will take between 16 and 18 weeks to investigate. :eek:

16 to 18 weeks!!!!!!! jeesh. :mad::mad:

It was only after this call that i checked the post date on the letter. It was written on the 11th, it was delivered on the 21st.
I know it was second class but come on

I wish now I had written direct to them ignoring the letter so at least I could try and hold them to somewhere near the 8week guideline.

Should I just leave it for 4 1/2 months????

Ring regularly for updates, ask for updates in writing. Write to the CEO of the company if you don't get satisfaction.

As an update to this post.

9 weeks in and I've discovered that I have been dealing with the wrong people.

New complaint will have to be sent to NRAM Customer Relations.

Maybe this time I may make some progress but hey at least its 8% on £20k ish for 17weeks so its not like im losing out.
