White Rabbits; White Rabbits; White Rabbits.
I've got a toothache, it's just there at the back, Can you see, it's loose.I've got a check up next week so i'll suffer in silence until then. Remember the dentist once telling me not to worry about my teeth 'cos they were all nice, trouble is my gums are falling out.
I've just filled the Panny and seen as it's not raining i'm going to try and do a bit in the garden.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.

Morning all,
Wet and miserable here againso fed up with this horrible weather, washing on airer again.
OH has been rained off today, so is at home, will ask him to do a few little jobs for me.
I think dd has tonsillitis , her tonsils are covered in huge white spots, and she has a raging sore throat, have phoned the Dr asking for a prescription to be left out for her, no need to go really, just need some tablets.
Dinner tonight will be some slices of pork from the freezer, cooked in gravy, with mash and veg.
Need to do an online shop later on, and go and see dad.
Hugs to Marie today xxx0 -
Morning everyone,
Hugs to LW, PP and Molly.
MM thinking of you today.
MrsMH hope thst things are a little better.
Bramble have you had that neck checked out yet?
Jools glad that he is back and seeing sense.
Well it is raining here again but only drizzle. Still, the washing had to go into the TD this morning.
Not going to ballet tonight as DD1 is in a dance show representing the school and I am going to watch that instead. I will have to get my exercise in later in the week.
Tea tonight is pasta and a HM tomato sauce.
Have a lovely day everyone.:)0 -
Not been here for a couple or three of days so don't know what is going on. I'll try to catch up later.
We had an awful night on Sunday at the drop-in, one of our regulars died on Friday and everyone was devastated. Not absolutely sure what happened but the story is that although not a regular drug user he went to a pushers house and was given some dodgy heroine and died. The pusher then dragged his body out and left it in the road.
Whether this is true or not, it's pretty horrifying and very sad as he was just starting to get his life sorted out. It's a terrifying world out there and many of our clients have no idea what 'normal' life is.
Anyway, enough about that. We do what we can.
Lovely day yesterday so the Rev and I went out and about as it was our day off. Called in on DS and his OH and sat in the garden and had coffee. It was lovely, warm and peaceful, just birdsong and the sound of the sea to be heard.
Today it's back to reality. My dining room has been used as a dumping ground since before Christmas and I am determined to sort it out before we go on holiday - 4 weeks today. It's just one of many things I want to sort out so there is little hope of it all being done. Actually none of it will be done if I don't get off this computer and get started.
First I have to make bread and do veg for lunch. Chicken cobbler left over from the weekend so won't take long.
Blessings to everyone and loving thoughts to all who need them.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Hello everybody and hugs to all in need or who would like one. I've been a bit MIA since my gynae op as it knocked me a bit for six in the days after and now my Sphincter of Odi ( or Bill as we call it
) is playing up so I'm just quickly typing this before I retire with some pain killers for a couple of hours. It'll also give me a chance to try and get a bit further with the book for my crime reading group - Val McDermid. 100 pages in and TBQH I'm not enjoying it ...... I'll give it another 100...
Manchester Marathon here last Sunday and it was dreadful weather, chattering teeth off the runners - brave souls all. Needless to say brilliant sunshine last night for the Derby... it was an omen :j
Apart from that not really a lot to report. Made the end of April by the skin of our teeth so May is financial lockdown month...we have been a bit flash and gone out a couple of times in April and things are going up etc. Still hopeful that the water meter savings will counteract the mortgage increases
Thank goodness we've got a "pantry"..... tonights dinner is sausage and mash with the last of the big bag of carrots and some frozen peas.....
On a good note, I've been taken on to write some articles for film websites. All unpaid BUT it does mean I get experience and my name "out there"
Hope everyone has a good day!But I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green0 -
