Yayy, snow!!
I didn't get any, but it was very cold. Fingers crossed we get some white stuff this year.:rudolf: :rudolf: :rudolf: :rudolf: :rudolf:0 -
aaargh I have just typed a long post and have lost it all:(
I am sorry that I have fallen behind with the thread again but I have got so many fab ideas that I must try harder.
archiebear thanks for posting about the HP sauce and bread plate. My OH loves a bacon sandwich on a week end and this would be perfect for him. I am struggling to think of ideas for him so this will be great. They also have a set of two ketchup cones which I might buy for the boys.
Thank you also to the person who mentioned the Dr Who monopoly. My two love Dr Who and the eldest is a huge fan/geek.
I was in homebase last weekend and they had some really cute house doorstops. I bought one for my mum and one for my MIL. I am making them both a hamper, not themed just general. My MIL has a nut allergy so I don't put food or drink in her's which makes it a bit harder.
I still haven't bought the onesies - payday on Wednesday:j
I was in Durham this morning and saw a student walking around in a onesie. Is the expensive ones that have a onesie label on the pocket?
thank to everyone for your great ideas...saving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Snow !!!!!!!
I have to drive 8 miles on country lanes to get to work. We get really bad drifts when it snows. I can't afford not to get to work.
**LET IT SNOW** on SAT 22nd DEC. It can snow for 10 days solid then.:rotfl:0 -
I love the snow, but hate being snowed in! Can we have snow on Christmas Eve please but all be gone the day after Boxing Day so I can go shopping!0

It is sooooo annoying when you lose a post.
Until you mentioned homebase I had totally forgot I saw these in there this afternoon.
Chilli plants £2.99
Could be good for a food hamper.

Has anyone here ever made their own chocolate slaps? I really want to try it this year as a little extra for a few people but not sure if it will work out how I imagine it to! Lol.0

OMG can't believe people have had snow already!
It was really cold here; so cold that after setting out me and DD had to nip back home and get changed into boots and coats LOL
I love snow but agree it would be really nice if it could wait until 22nd Dec when we are all off work!Stopped smoking 20th October 2012
This year I will have something that resembles a garden and not a building site!0 -

I make mine in loaf tins or small cake tins.
They are very easy. I will make some this evening and post some pics.
I need an excuse to do some. It is a little early for presents, but I am sure we could manage to eat them.:rotfl:0 -
