I think you mean unmetered sites. They quote for annual usage and you pay that way via suppliers, often with such as 500kwh sites, lamposts, mobile phone masts, etc...:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0

Staywarm certainly did that a good few years ago,subsidised. pay a monthy tariff based on how many bedrooms in house, for as much electric as you like.then Powergen bought them out and brought in different monthly payments in 3 tiers, am not sure how this set up operates now.0
