Vanguard LifeStrategy S&S Isa £500/month, but where?
I have read a few threads on here on a similar theme but I am stumped to work out where would be the cheapest place to hold these funds?
HL? BestInvest? AT? Cavendish? iii? or wait until the rules change and re-evaluate?

A worked example would help me and a lot of other confused people on this board.

Thank you so much in advance!!!

Well you can cross Cavendish/Fidelity off your list because they don't have Vanguard funds.

I would have thought you would have at least done some of your own research as to who lists the funds before asking about choosing.

I want to do this too and I'm wondering what the best way to do it is. I'm a first time investor with no experience at all. I have a lump sum I can put in a Vanguard LifeStrategy fund, is it better to put it in all at once or deposit it in monthly installments? I was looking at HL and iii, but I don't understand what charges iii make ... :S

iii don't have Vanguard LifeStrategy available in an ISA although their website suggests they do. That was discussed last week here.

AFAIK the Monevator link is still correct and HL are currently the cheapest place to hold a single Vanguard LifeStrategy fund in an ISA at £24 per year platform fee.

Personally I would drip feed your lump sum in monthly installments but I am no expert.

Does that mean iii at in the process of acquiring them? If they did would they be cheaper?

    thanks
