Big Knickers to briefs and debt free from May to December x

:j:j May is discreetly creeping up on me, I've signed up to umpteenth challenges that start tomorrow so I need somewhere to keep track and also to focus my mind on clearing our debts and I quite like the idea of having somewhere to ramble on about my sometimes crazily busy sometimes tedious but most of all happy family life....

My spelling is great my grammar is lousy if anyone tags along please excuse all mistakes, also my five year old quite often hijacks any open pages so please excuse any odd sentences lol

Happy new diary to me xx:T

In our house there is hubby 34 eldest 24 son fab kid works hard and is a bit of a snob, with no reason to be LOL then there's my youngest who is 5 going on 10 and a pure joy he has made my world complete and then there's sandy a crazy year old cocker spaniel she really thinks she has thumbs we also have a step son who stays on weekends 14 and I have a 22 year old that lives with his dad....
In fact life is pretty good but will be better debt free and wearing smaller knickers:D.

I work fulltime running a fleet of taxis all male drivers all a nightmare but it is ok,hubby works part time in local petrol station.... So I'm completely surrounded by men.at home and work have no pink ironing lol

Hope the funeral goes ok, sounds a real shame.
  • Thankyou luckystepho and well done on your 6lb I love slimming world too and think you can make the plan a plan forever so none of the yoyoing hopefully Ive got a long way to go but will get there hope you do too, and your right again the funeral is so so sad due to retire with his wife and now she faces the easier years alone so so sad...

  • Hiyas Delilah a little 4 hour shift turned into an 8 hour today nightmare but thank god its friday!!!

Yesterdays list went a bit squiffy as had the painters here so was on dog watch, sandy went bonkers as she couldnt get out but having the house painted and glossed and a golden cocker spaniel dont go well together, but plodded getting inside tidy..

Funeral was sad as expected plus hubby was put on the spot to do more hours covering in work as managers away and feels really let down as the time and place was so wrong for discussing work etc... so hes not his usual smiley self which makes us all down really...

Ive decided today at 41 burning the candle at both ends is just not good anymore so work nights bed early I feel rotten and things just build then...

On the challenge side today is number 2/12 NSD in may
£5 a day in may is upto £176.60 and its only the 4th so really pleased with that, paid an extra £50 off our hols and got £100 put aside for Naths summer clothes and all kinda free as its extra money...
Slimming world is going fab ...
Grocery challenge is toodling along nicely and not over budget...
And just had 5 more shineys for my £2 pot which is for naths tele for xmas...

Hubby n nath has gone swimming so having a sneaky browse and a coffee after work so may just have a snooze till their home as working 16 hours on 4 hours sleep is senseless .... No lay in tomorrow, the mad dog is being cut we are trying a groomer friends recommended and use that comes in a big truck outside your home so no locked in a cage for 4 hours like last time !!!

Chickens in cooking, nutters are home so see you laters Delilah x

Found a cute little app for my phone that keeps track of all my christmassy bits people I buy for, what the budget is and what I'm buying etc so fiddled with that in work last night and happy to say I've got a majority of whats needed all tucked away apart from Nath's bits but saving my £2 coins for his new t.v for his room and have vouchers and bits that will cover it...:T
