An elderly lady friend of mine has now got a willowbrook chair £2000, they say she has had 7 day cool off period, this Pparently starts onthedayyoupay for it,not after delivery. She doesn't like it, did not want it pushy salesman talked her into it. Cannot get money back. They said it was worth £5000!! She is82 yrs old and cannot afford this chair. Had no luck in phone call to the firm. Shall have to try and sell it for her. Anyone had any luck with this firm. They should be reported toTrading standards.

In a shop? In the customer's home? Online?

If the salesman was pushy I suspect it was in-store. If so, read the terms of the returns policy as you have no statutory right to return in this case so it's down to what this says0
