Advise sought

Hi all

I have just started reclaiming charges back and they are not for as much as some on here but still want my money back.
I have a dilema which i hope you can help with .
I have sent one letter stating that they have a further 7 days to reply other wise going to proceed with court procedure. Two others i sent letters on thurs requesting refund so they have until 15th march and a further two waiting for statements to come back. they have till the 17th march to return the statements. Now my job takes me away and i'm due to go away on the 22nd april for 2 maybe 3 months. Its a place that doesn't allow me to nip back home and telephone calls are very limited in other words cut of from the real world or its feels like it at times .This doesn't give me time to see procedings through what can people recommend . Should i just knock it all on the head or keep going then carry on with it on my return . If i did this would i have to start again .any other advise would be gratefully accepted.
